- Instructions

Navigation: Click one of the rulers to center on a location, or click and drag to select a region. Use the Scroll/Zoom buttons to change magnification and position.

Find a gene: Click on the chromosome on which your gene of interest resides, when the chromosome has been loaded, type or copy paste the gene ID (we are still relying on the v4 nomenclature) into the search field.

Sequence tags: To visualize the sequence tags the boxes for the respective library need to be activated (check box) under tracks/general. The numbers displayed are tags per million. If the numbers do not show, change settings under tracks/configure tracks from auto to expand and label. (you have to click update image to see the results).

Open reading frames: In addition to the annotated genes you can also display all open reading frames on both strands by checking the box "all ORFs sense/antisense".

Telomers: if you would like to see the telomeric expression profile from the Mitat1.2 221 library you can click on one of the telomers (telo40 is the 221 expression site).
